Leading from the Feminine

How would it be to step forward into the world, with a sense of congruence, connection and courage to make a difference on behalf of what you care passionately about?

In our day-to-day world, we live in a culture dominated by masculine values; these values can both support and limit us. Each of us are a mix of masculine and feminine energies; both need to be valued, and expressed. We are at a time where we urgently need new ways of doing things, and new stories to live by and to give us meaning. We believe that as women we have something fresh and vital to offer.

This is an invitation to join a group of women, to enquire into core questions that can profoundly effect our sense of purpose and support our ability to take action towards a more sustainable world.

We will meet together in a natural environment, intimate with ourselves and connected to a circle of women; we will investigate who we are, and what we long for? You will be invited to drop your usual social identities, let go into not knowing and to surrender into a deeper source of wisdom; to trust in the emergent about which we can be curious and creative. We will experiment with how to bring our personal dreams and values back into our lives; to lead with vision.

Who is this course for?

Women who are interested in knowing more about themselves and in taking action to create a happier and healthier world for all beings. We see leadership as being about acting courageously from what we know to be true; to consciously use our power to influence, guide and help shape the future. It is a non-hierarchical concept.

It is possible, in this time of profound disruption, for leadership to be a noble profession that contributes to the common good.
— Margaret Wheatley
