Improvisation is about play, about experimenting with doing things differently, with body language, voice work and movement.

We have developed our identities and we know ourselves in that we behave in certain ways. These ways can be limiting and perhaps even boring, as they are no longer really alive and interactive?

In these workshops we use improvisation games to warm up. We then each bring situations we would like to explore dealing with differently. For example, how to talk to someone to give some difficult feedback, how to bring ourselves more authentically to a meeting, how to respond with love rather than defensiveness to a request, how to say “No”, etc.

These workshops run in two formats

  • Over a weekend

  • a series of 6 weekly evenings.

The work is fun, safe and truly stretching.
